Collectively, we have built, managed, and scaled market-leading brands, executed complex transactions from nearly every perspective (as sponsors, advisors, and members of management teams), and delivered strong returns for stakeholders. We have completed four previous SPAC transactions and have a deep understanding of how to optimize the outcome for all parties involved. We will draw on this experience, our extensive networks, and our ability to spot and cultivate disruptive ideas to source and execute a compelling business combination.
